I was mandatory given drug court, 1yr probation and 90 days after i lost trail (misdemeanor). i get
no benefit from it, and since left. can i resign?

If your drug court was a condition of probation, than you will be required to complete the program. If you don't complete it, it can be a violation of your probation. Since you left the program, your probation officer may have already filed for a violation.
